Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how porn-gallery.com ("the Site", "we") handles your personal data when you visit, subscribe, or create an account. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

• Account data — email address, display name, hashed password (never in readable form), account settings.
• Content you post — reviews, comments, ratings, and the time they were posted.
• Technical data — IP address (stored in hashed form for spam prevention), browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics that help us keep the Site fast and safe.
• Email engagement — whether you open or click emails we send, so we can stop sending what you ignore.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Running your account — performance of a contract: confirming your email, showing your reviews, keeping your account secure.
• Legitimate interests — spam prevention (honeypots, timing checks, hashed IP rate limits), analytics, and site security.
• Consent — receiving commercial emails with offers and updates (you accepted this at registration; you can withdraw it any time via the unsubscribe link).

4. Emails

Creating an account means you will receive both transactional emails (account and security notices — required for the service) and occasional commercial emails about offers and updates. Every commercial email has working unsubscribe. See our Terms of Service for details.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies/localStorage entries: your login session, your choice to dismiss messages like cookie or age notices, and anonymous page-view counting. We do not use advertising cookies that track you across other sites.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help run the Site (e.g. email delivery, hosting), bound by contract to process it only for us, or when required by law. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be shared publicly.

7. Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your email, settings, and session are removed; reviews you published may remain (they can be anonymised on request).

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and object to commercial emails at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at anyone under 18 and accounts for minors are not permitted.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; significant changes are announced on the Site. Last updated: .
